Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds. No Cancellations.
Neither subscribers nor creators are eligible for refunds or cancellations by default.
Exception Handling (Email Only)
Any exception must be requested via email, with a clear explanation of the case. Klub may choose to review it—but is not obligated to approve.
Creator Payouts
Klub holds full rights to approve, delay, reverse, or reject any creator payout at its sole discretion.
Subscriber Refunds
Refunds for subscribers (for creator products/services) are solely the responsibility of the respective creator. Klub does not issue refunds on their behalf.
No Formal Refund Policy
Klub does not maintain a refund policy. All purchases are considered final.
Dispute Resolution Only
In extreme cases, Klub may facilitate dispute resolution, but this is not a substitute for refunds and is handled on a best-effort basis only.
