1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Klub ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. About the Service
Klub is a platform that enables users to:
- create and manage communities,
- host events and meetings,
- accept payments or subscriptions (if applicable).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- be at least 18 years old,
- have the authority to accept these terms.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using email or Google Sign-In (OAuth).
You agree to:
- provide accurate information,
- maintain confidentiality of your account,
- notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activities under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload or share harmful, illegal, or offensive content,
- attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform,
- impersonate another person or business.
We may suspend or remove accounts violating these rules.
6. Payments (If applicable)
If your account includes paid features:
- Prices may change with notice,
- All payments are final unless required by law,
- Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled.
Billing disputes or refund requests must be emailed to us.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, and intellectual property belong to Klub. Users retain ownership of any content they upload and grant Klub permission to display it within the platform.
8. Third-Party Services (Google OAuth, etc.)
We may integrate third-party services such as Google Sign-In for authentication.
By using Google OAuth, you agree to Google's own terms and policies: https://policies.google.com/terms
We only request basic profile information (name, email, profile picture).
We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- you violate these Terms,
- we detect fraudulent or harmful activity.
You may stop using the platform at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Klub is not responsible for loss of data, profits, or damages resulting from use of the platform.
- Use the platform at your own risk.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
